Failed Login Attempts
You have attempted to login two (2) or more times without success. Your login credentials may be incorrect or your account has not yet been created. If you have successfully logged in before, you may want to check if Caps Lock on your keyboard is on and try again. If you have not logged on before an email was already sent to the System Administrator who will investigate the issue and contact you within two (2) working days. Try to avoid more than two (2) incorrect logins because this may result in you being barred from further computer or network access. You would have to contact the MIS department to reset your password if this occurs.

Server Connection Error
A server connection error occurred! An attempt will be made to reconnect.
